How do I place an order?
You can place an order via our website (www.blanc.earth). You can also place an order through our Whatsapp catalog.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
If you want to cancel or modify your order, please send us an email to support@blanc.co.in at the earliest. Please note that cancellation or modification of the order is not possible post dispatch of the order.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged product?
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue, and we'll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
How do I place a bulk order?

The refund will be done within 7-10 business days once we receive the returned item.
Note: Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery, as such orders will not be accepted if returned.
In the case of merchandise, returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

What are the payment options available?
We accept payments via all major Debit cards, Credit cards, UPI and Net Banking. We also offer free Cash-On-Delivery on all the orders.

What is the delivery timeline?
Our standard delivery timeline is 7-10 working days. However, we try to ship the orders the same day and the delivery timeline depends on the delivery pincode.
Do you ship Internationally?
We do not ship internationally at the moment.

Can I return or exchange an item that I bought on sale?
We do not accept return or exchange of any item that was bought on sale or discount.
I think I got the sizing wrong on my order, can I exchange it for a different size?
Yes. We provide free exchange. All you need to do is to request for an exchange through the “Initiate a return” hyperlink provided on the footer of our website. Please note that, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.
How do you give the refund?
Refunds will only be provided in the form of store credits. You can use the store credits to redeem it against your future purchase.
How long will my store credit be valid?
The store credits are valid upto 6 months from the date of issuing.
When can I expect my exchanged product once the pickup is done?
Once your original order has been picked up, we will be able to ship the exchange item only after we receive your original item back at our warehouse.

How do I know which size fits me?
You can refer to the size chart that can be found on respective product pages. The sizes are given in both inches and centimeters. Moreover, you can also refer to the fit meter that’s given on the product page to get an idea of the product fit.

Care instructions may vary depending upon the material. For detailed instructions, please refer to our care label attached to your item. Alternatively, you can also refer to our wash care tab provided on the respective product page.

Do you have a physical store?
At the moment, we operate exclusively online. However, we occasionally participate in pop-up shows and events. Stay updated by following us on social media.
