Price and Taxes: The prices you see on our site are inclusive of all taxes and the final amount payable is reflected on the checkout page before you make the payment.

COD Unverified Orders: If the customers don’t confirm the order when reached out, it will be marked as unverified and will be voided. Please reach out to us via email (support@blanc.co.in) in case your order has not been processed.

Shipping Delay: Once the order is shipped from the warehouse any further delay from the logistics partner due to operational/regional/internal reasons will not be the company’s responsibility. 

Missing pieces/Wrong product delivery: If any item is missing from your order or if you received the wrong product, please contact us promptly via email, chat, or phone. Please be aware that you must report any issues within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
