Upon placing your order, you will receive both an order confirmation email and a Whatsapp message. Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are accurate. If there are any changes to your order, please inform us before we dispatch it.

All orders will be processed within 24-48 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you for verification purposes. You will receive an email or Whatsapp message once your order has been shipped. Please be aware that processing time does not include weekends and public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number on your email or whatsapp. 

To cancel a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, please notify us before we begin processing it. Once processing has started, we cannot cancel the order. Unfortunately, prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
